1.1 tko consulting («tko») is a consultancy company. At tko’s website («website») services and methods are described.
1.2 You CANNOT register at our website. It is further NOT possible to order goods or services. You CANNOT upload data to our website.
1.3 When using our website, we do not collect data, except the data listed in 2.3.
1.4 By using our website, you agree on our data privacy.
2 tko's Principles for the Protection of Your Data
2.1 When operating our website, the following principles are designed to ensure that we take data protection and data security into account.
2.2 We make transparent which data we collect from you and how we use it.
2.3 When you visit our website, the following usage data are temporarily stored as a log on the web server:

2.4 tko uses this information to enable the website to be accessed, to control and administer the systems used for the website and to improve the design of the website. 3.1 tko does not send sensitive information by e-mail unless we are legally entitled or obliged to do so.
3.2 E-mails sent to mail addresses of tko-consulting.com are stored and processed exclusively on Microsoft servers in the European Union.
3.3 E-mails sent via Internet providers are usually unencrypted and therefore not well protected against unauthorized access.
3.4 When you send e-mails to tko, you agree on the storage of contact data and content.

4.1 If tko introduces new products or services or if the technologies for data protection and information security develop further, this can affect the data protection declaration. tko therefore reserves the right to amend or supplement the declaration as required. tko will publish any changes on this site (https://www.tko-consulting.com/privacy) so that you can track at any time what data we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we may disclose it. If tko uses personal data in a different way than at the time of collection, we will publish this here.
